On this 164’ Westport we custom build and vacuum bagged a composite ramp, so crew members can easily maneuver the tender from the garage to the swim deck. We also did a full non-skid job with coarse griptex and dark grey Awl-grip.

We covered and protected all work areas deemed necessary prior to the commencement of work in order to minimize any preventable damage.
We then made a template and fabricated the ramp using Coosa Composites Bluewater 26. Then we vacuum bagged the core and fiberglass for a void-free lamination.

We prepped and primed the entire tender garage using Awl-grip 545 primer.
